 Renu Fotedar has been running workshops at National and International level, besides coaching and counselling people from all walks of life and business, including managers, entrepreneurs, home-makers, sole traders, students, teachers, women and men in transition and individuals in the process of making changes in line of their profession and personal life. Renu Fotedar is an experienced & qualified executive coach and holistic/transpersonal counsellor with a background of Psychology, NLP and a Masters in business management. Renu's passion for executive coaching comes from first hand experience of six years in leading and managing distribution-ship for skin care products in the Middle East. Her coaching skills have been developed through practical applications and formal training. In addition to her academic and business qualifications, Renu is a talented intuitive transformational guide. She helps people from all walks of life to manage their stress and create a better future. Renu's passionate interest in personal, professional and spiritual development began early in life. As a young girl in Kashmir, India, she was attracted to such profound philosophies as Kashmir Shaivism. This philosophy became foundation for her personal and professional growth of her over a decade old career. Renu's subsequent path in life is distinguished by her melding of spiritual philosophy and business pragmatism. Renu has travelled, lived, and worked in different countries, contributing an international perspective and appreciation of multi-cultural values and issues to her broad knowledge and life experience. As a result of her many years of intensive plus extensive studies of different philosophies of life and exploration of inner wisdom has helped her achieve inner balance and peace, as well as provided her with practical insight into human psychology. Renu is uniquely qualified for her chosen work as a life-skills guide and a business coach who is committed to assist others to awaken and unfold their distinctive, creative potential and dreams for a vibrant and authentic life.  Renu is in touch with International Coach Federation as a member.  Currently Renu is associated with Victorian Association of Holistic and Transpersonal Counsellors Inc. as Treasurer.
